The workshops described are just a few of what is available and new ones can be developed to meet a specific need that has been identified by an individual organisation or other audiences.
These workshops can be targeted at general risk strategy, or specific risk arenas. They can also be in the form of a full day or part day exercise so that senior managers of the organisation can come to their own views on the risk challenges and their own preparedness.
They are designed also to explore whether they feel comfortable, within the scenarios created, with the decisions they have made about risks, risk management and risk acceptance.
